The philosophy that Mr. Gargiulo believes in as an attorney is a simple one - clients have a right to not only be represented professionally, but have the right to know everything about their case. Cases, no matter what "size" they may be, are treated each with care and diligence. Mr. Gargiulo believes that clients have a right to know the status of their case at any time. They also have a right to know what the merits of their case are, and should be given a clear explanation and understanding of all aspects of the case.
Clients are also entitled to as accurate a prognosis of the future of the case as is possible. Most personal injury cases take time to resolve. Mr. Gargiulo has the experience and resources to give each case the time and attention it deserves. He understands that clients have the right and the need to have all their concerns responded to promptly and efficiently.
