Paul G. Gargiulo graduated from Union College in 1987 with degrees in both political science and philosophy. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1990 and received an American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Gargiulo has handled hundreds of personal injury cases in Westchester County and surrounding counties. He represents clients in all boroughs of New York City and is admitted in the Federal Court, Southern District.

His Philosophy

The philosophy that Mr. Gargiulo believes in as an attorney is a simple one - clients have a right to not only be represented professionally, but have the right to know everything about their case.
